HYDRAED Toner

Effectively removes makeup residue and impurities, neutralizing the effects of hard water and restoring the skin’s natural pH. HOW TO USE
Apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad. Gently wipe your face and neck to remove any remaining impurities. Then apply cream or serum for extra hydration. Use morning and 
evening for best results.
