PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

ED Cosmetics offers every customer the choice of the most convenient payment and delivery method.

Payment Methods

  1. Cash Payment Upon Delivery
    If you prefer not to pay for your order in advance, you can pay the courier in cash when receiving the package.

  2. Cash, Card, or BLIK Payment Upon Collection from Postal Offices or Couriers
    Once you receive your package from Polish Post branches or from a courier, you can pay by cash, debit/credit card, or BLIK.

  3. Online Payment via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Website
    a) Select the "Credit Card Payment" method. You will be redirected to a payment page to enter your credit card details.
    b) Choose your bank. You will be redirected to the online payment page of your bank.

Delivery Methods

You can order our products with delivery via Polish Post, Pocztex, or DHL. You also have the option to pick them up in person.

  1. Personal Collection at a Polish Post Office

    • Delivery time via Polish Post is no more than 3 business days.
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are sent for delivery the same day.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are sent for delivery on the next business day.
    • Polish Post will notify you of the delivery time.
    • Please check the package upon receipt at the Polish Post branch. If you notice any damage to the package or missing items, you may refuse to accept it and complete the necessary documentation. Keep a copy of the document for your records, while the original will remain with the Polish Post representative or courier service.
    • Orders delivered via Polish Post or Pocztex are processed according to the carrier's schedule. You can also track the status of your delivery using the tracking service available on the courier company's website.

  2. Personal Collection of Goods
